1.Services Provided
Our booking funnel allows users to schedule ceramic coating appointments. Availability is subject to change, and appointment confirmations are not guaranteed until verified by our team.
2.User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a booking request.
Be available for your scheduled appointment or provide timely notice for rescheduling.
Comply with any instructions provided regarding vehicle preparation before your service.
3.Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed upon booking.
Cancellations or reschedules should be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.SMS Messaging Service
By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive messages related to your scheduled appointments and reminders from UMUT Transportation. We use this service to keep you informed about your booking status and any necessary appointment details.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will send an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive any messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The frequency of messages varies according to your bookings and appointment needs. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5.Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Any claims must be addressed directly with UMUT Transportation within 24 hours of the service.
